  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY:  Delivered products which are left in a customer's absence are left at customer's risk.  Please remember, delivery time may vary from week to week.  Customers may incur charges for Ice Packs and/or for a temporary Cooler (left at our discretion as available), if customer appears unprepared for thier delivery.  There ia a $30.00 minimum charge on all returned checks.  There is a $8.00 minimum charge for a properly-executed delivery/pickup or attempt thereof.  Interest will be charged at 1.5% (18% APR) on amounts unpaid.  All product sales are subject to availability.  Prices subject to change without notice.
